The fun starts when you complete our contact form at the top or bottom of this page. Once you hit the 'Free Quote' button on the form, you'll see a selection of dates and times to schedule a short phone call with us. Don't worry, this will not be a high-pressure sales call… We simply need to have a brief conversation to get a sense of your project's design scope. This will allow us to give you a proper quote so we can start working on your new website!

Our first phone conversation will last about 15-30 minutes. On the call, we'll ask some questions to discover your goals for the new website, your timeline, important functional requirements you may have, and other important factors that will determine the scope of the project.

Within 1-3 business days, you'll receive an email from us with your project's detailed proposal. This will include a list of all the features and services we will provide, as well as a quote for the project cost and a timeline for the project.

If the website proposal is acceptable to you, we'll move on to Step 1 of the design process: the Website Questionnaire.

Before we can begin your brand new website design, we'll send over a detailed questionnaire. This will give us an idea of the vision you have for your new website.

The questionnaire asks for information about your company and the products or services you offer, as well as others websites or website elements that appeal to you (colors, fonts and other visual elements you'd like to include on your new website).

If you're satisfied with the proposal and decide you'd like to move forward in working together, we'll prepare and sign a contract with the same terms as the proposal.

We understand we're not for everyone. So if something just isn't quite right, or if we just don't seem to mesh well together prior to signing the contract, then there's no obligation to pay and no hard feelings.

The only caveat is that we would maintain legal ownership of any designs features or mockups we create for you, and you could not implement it into your website without full compensation.
